Jindal Steel Limited is committed to expanding its steel-making capacity at Angul, Odisha, in alignment with India’s vision of reaching a steel production capacity of 300 million tons per annum by 2030. To spearhead this ambitious project, Jindal Steel has established Jindal Steel Odisha Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary based in Bhubaneswar. This expansion will scale up our steel-making operations from the current 6 MTPA to over 25 MTPA at Angul making it the largest single location Integrated Steel Making facility.
Pellet Making Facility: Commissioned to enhance raw material processing
Hot Strip Mill (HSM) Plant: Operational to produce high-quality hot rolled strips.
Blast Furnace: Under implementation to increase iron production.
Basic Oxygen Furnace: Planned for efficient steel refining.
Cold Rolling Mill: To produce cold-rolled steel products.
