It symbolises our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for local communities, especially those residing near Jindal Steel's operational areas and the underprivileged across India.

The Foundation is dedicated to improving the Human Development Index through impactful social initiatives. We serve as a catalyst for grassroots change and provide strategic guidance for Jindal Steel's sustainable social development programmes, implemented across our operational areas.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are designed to holistically uplift communities by addressing critical social challenges.

As Chairperson of the Jindal Foundation, former Chairperson of the National Bal Bhawan, and Founder President of the Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO), she has consistently championed opportunities for meaningful change.
