Speedfloor for Faster and Smarter Construction

Speedfloor is an advanced suspended concrete flooring system engineered to deliver faster construction, reduced structural load, and improved construction efficiency across modern building applications.

Designed using lightweight galvanised steel joists with an open-web truss configuration, the system enables rapid installation, efficient load distribution, and seamless integration of building services including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Advancing Modern Flooring Systems

Speedfloor replaces conventional RCC slab construction with a lighter, modular flooring solution designed for faster project execution and improved structural efficiency. The system reduces concrete consumption, minimises shuttering requirements, and supports shorter floor cycle times while maintaining structural reliability across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Designed for multi-storey buildings, parking structures, seismic zones, and modular construction environments, Speedfloor combines engineered galvanised steel joists with concrete topping to create a durable suspended flooring system suited for modern construction demands.

About the
Speedfloor System
Speedfloor is manufactured at Jindal Steel's specialised facility at O.P. Jindal Knowledge Park near Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The system is built using specially roll-formed galvanised steel joists engineered with an open-web truss design to deliver improved structural performance, faster installation, and construction flexibility.
The lightweight joists reduce crane handling requirements, eliminate the need for propping, and support efficient on-site execution across multi-storey and modular construction projects. Pre-punched service openings enable seamless HVAC and MEP integration while supporting suspended ceiling systems directly fixed to the joists.
