Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed herewith a press release issued by the Company.
M/s Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. and M/s Zee Media Corporation Limited due to some confusion and misunderstanding had made certain allegations against each other.
Both the sides have great regard and respect for each other's Directors and Office Bearers.
Now, both the parties have entered into an amicable settlement with each other, to put a quietus to the entire issues and have withdrawn the allegations against each other.
